Last Thursday we celebrated the first edition of the 365Rider Social Run Club , an initiative created to bring together runners of all levels, share experiences, learn about the best brands in the sector and, of course, enjoy running in good company.
For this first meeting we have an exceptional guest: Maurten , one of the most recognized and used sports nutrition brands by elite runners around the world.
An afternoon to get to know Maurten from the inside
The meeting took place at La Boutique del Running , our store located in the center of Valencia, where we welcomed all attendees for a session dedicated to discovering more about Maurten's philosophy and the development of its products.
During the talk, participants were able to learn firsthand how the brand was born, what differentiates it from other sports nutrition options, and why its gels, energy drinks, and carbohydrate loading products have become a benchmark in high-performance running.
We also delved into practical aspects such as:

- How Hydrogel technology works.
- When to use each product according to the type of training or competition.
- Nutrition strategies for races of different distances.
- Tips to improve carbohydrate absorption during exercise.
It was a perfect opportunity to resolve doubts, share experiences and learn how to get the most out of sports nutrition both in training and in competition.
Exit through the Turia Gardens
After the theoretical part, it was time to put on the sneakers.
All participants took part in a run of approximately 5-6 kilometers through the Turia Gardens , one of the most emblematic places to run in Valencia.
The route was designed with a fully inclusive approach, adapted to different paces and levels so that any runner could enjoy the experience regardless of their physical condition or previous experience.
Beyond the kilometers, the goal was to foster the running community, meet other sports enthusiasts and share a different afternoon around the same passion: running.
